OUR MISSION

We take our inspiration from the community farm stands of the American Midwest, where neighbours come together to share food and shoot the breeze.

Here at Farmstand, we’re building our own community of positive thinkers, who believe that good food should nurture the body and not damage the planet.

POSITIVELY PLANT POWERED

We champion plant-powered food because it fuels you with energy, packs a punch on nutrition and is kind to the planet.

Our menu reflects this by being 80% plant-based, 5% sustainable fish and 15% ethical meat.

NOTHING ADDED

Our goal is to produce clean, responsible food that has maximum nutritional value and minimal environmental impact.

All of our dishes are 100% free from dairy, added sugar and artificial ingredients. We do however add a dash of unrefined sugar to our baked goods to make sure they’re just sweet enough.

SEASONAL FEASTING

We don’t just claim to change our menu seasonally, we really do. With ingredients sourced directly from our favourite ethical UK suppliers, our seasonal picks are fresher, naturally higher in nutritional value and likely to have travelled shorter distances.

NOTHING WASTED

We’re on a mission to reduce our environmental footprint in every way we can and for the past two years we’ve been named Top 2 Most Sustainable Food Service Business in the Food Made Good Awards.

We live a zero waste to landfill philosophy and don’t just talk the talk when it comes to ousting single-use plastics: we’ve never sold a plastic water bottle and never will.

TREATED EQUALLY

We want everyone to be able to enjoy our nutritious and delicious food, which is why we price our menu to be as accessible as possible.

Equality is important to us at every level of the business, which is why 50% of our team and Board are women.

Our highest paid team member is only 2.5x that of the lowest paid and all of us own at least one share in the business.

All our food is carefully sourced from a community of ethical and sustainable UK-based suppliers.

OUR FRUIT & VEG

Sourced from First Choice in New Covent Garden, who grow all their fruit & veg using the least amount of land and no nasty chemicals.

OUR CHICKEN

Sourced by H.G Walter, a family -run butcher in Barons Court from small and humane British farms that avoid hormones, GM feed and antibiotics.

OUR BREAD

Sourced from Bread Bread Bakery in South East London, their bread is made using organic stone ground flour from English mills free and is free-from additives and improvers. 

OUR LAMB, BEEF & EGGS

Sourced from Daphne Tilley, an octagenarian family farmer in Wales, who rears only natural-fed animals overlooking Snowdonia.

OUR FISH

Sourced from Direct Seafoods, who provide us only with ethically and sustainably caught fish.
